Cleaning and preparation before first use:
Brushes are usually preserved with special glue for two main reasons:
- It confirms the brush is new and unused.
- It protects the bristles during shipping and storage.
It is essential to remove this glue properly before first use to ensure full functionality.
Procedure:
- Gently rub the brush between fingers – the glue will begin to crumble.
- Wipe off remaining glue with a Cleanser-moistened wipe.
- Do not use aggressive brush cleaners – they may permanently damage the bristles.
- After cleaning, dip the brush into a thin gel, base or gloss (preferably acid-free) and wipe again with dry wipe.
How to care for used brushes:
- Treat used brushes just as carefully as new ones – skip only the glue removal step.
- Never leave brushes standing in gel – it may cause deformation or bristle loss.
- After each use, wipe product residue with a pad and treat with a little base/gloss if needed.
Recommendations:
- Use different brushes for sculpting, colors, and Nail Art – mixing materials may affect brush structure.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to light – even indoor lighting may contain UV.
- Do not wash brushes with water or detergent – it may damage bristles and metal parts.
- Check the shape regularly – a deformed brush loses its function.
Always close the brush immediately – it protects against UV light, dust, and dirt.
