Loyalty program for registered customers

Newsletter subscription is required in order to receive e-mail information about all benefits: the loyalty program, additional discounts for newsletter subscribers and the VIP program. Without newsletter registration, we cannot send these e-mails. For your first newsletter registration, you will receive a one-time 10% discount on your next purchase.

We reward your purchases

For every purchase on the DENATO e-shop, you will receive a discount coupon for your next order.

How to receive a discount coupon

Coupons are generated after the payment has been credited to our account and the order has been marked as “completed”.
For cash on delivery orders, payment processing may take longer.
To receive coupons, you must be subscribed to the newsletter.

Discount coupon value

(Depends on the value of your order.)

500 Kč – 1,999 Kč → 2% coupon
2,000 Kč – 3,999 Kč → 4% coupon
4,000 Kč – 5,999 Kč → 6% coupon
6,000 Kč – 7,999 Kč → 8% coupon
8,000 Kč and more → 10% coupon

How to use the coupon

The coupon will be sent to your registered e-mail address after the order has been shipped and marked as “COMPLETED” (after payment has been credited).
To use the coupon, you must be logged in to your customer account.
The coupon is valid for 1 month and cannot be used for shipping costs.
You can apply it in the cart by entering it into the “Insert discount coupon” field.

Important information

The coupon cannot be sent retroactively or added upon request.
If the order is cancelled, the coupon is also cancelled.
There is no legal entitlement to a discount coupon.

Additional discounts for newsletter subscribers

Registered subscribers regularly receive additional discounts in the form of discount coupons beyond standard promotions on the e-shop.

When launching new products, we provide introductory discounts that are available only to newsletter subscribers.

DENATO Affiliate Program

Do you recommend DENATO? Get a benefit for your recommendation

If you use DENATO products in your salon practice and recommend them to your clients, students or followers, you can also join our affiliate program.

After registration, you will gain access to prepared partner links and banners. If a customer comes to our e-shop through your partner link and places an order, a commission may be credited to you according to the program rules.

The basic commission is 10% of the order value excluding shipping. Approved commissions are credited to the partner in the form of a discount credit for purchases on the DENATO e-shop.

The program is especially suitable for nail studios, professional salons, nail designers, trainers, beauty blogs and content creators who want to recommend DENATO products naturally and professionally.

VIP program

Who can become a VIP customer

The VIP program is intended for registered customers whose total purchases on the DENATO e-shop exceed 100,000 Kč (excluding NOVAFLAIR dust collectors).

How will I know that I have become a VIP customer?

After meeting the conditions, we will inform you by e-mail about your inclusion in the VIP program.

Benefits of a VIP customer

Permanently set VIP prices on the entire product range.
No short-term discount campaigns – VIP prices are active permanently.
VIP customers no longer receive generated discount coupons.

Important information about the VIP program

There is no legal entitlement to inclusion in the VIP program.
If you do not wish to be a VIP customer, you can request membership cancellation by e-mail at info@denato.cz.
After leaving the VIP program, it is not possible to rejoin.
