Sugar Efekt
Sugar Effect – velvet textured Nail Art with delicate sparkle
Some nail designs stand out precisely because they look different. Sugar Effect creates a soft, textured surface with a delicate sparkle that resembles tiny sugar crystals on the nail.
Specially designed fine glitter for the Sugar Effect creates a balanced decorative texture while remaining easy to control during application. The material is applied into the inhibition layer or decorative gel patterns, allowing nail technicians to shape and define the design with precision.
The result is a distinctive yet stable decorative surface that does not require a top coat. The Sugar technique saves time in salon work while creating Nail Art with a recognizable tactile structure.
For use
Sugar glitter is suitable for full coverage decoration as well as precise decorative details. In salon practice it is commonly used for ornamental patterns, floral designs, accent nails or festive Nail Art.
The glitter is sprinkled into the inhibition layer of colour gel or decorative gel elements and then cured. The surface intentionally remains matte and textured, creating an interesting contrast with smooth glossy areas of the manicure.
For a clean Sugar Effect, apply the glitter into fresh gel or decorative elements and gently remove excess particles before curing using a brush. This keeps the texture even and the design clearly defined.
Why choose Sugar Effect
Velvet-like textured surface – Nail Art with a distinctive tactile effect.
Subtle sparkling appearance – decorative without intense shine.
Easy salon application – fast decoration technique without complex steps.
Reliable result – the structure keeps its character during everyday wear.
Part of the system
Sugar Effect glitter can be combined with materials from the DENATO system, including builder gels, colour gels and decorative elements. These materials are designed to work together reliably and help maintain consistent salon results.
Recommended finishing
The Sugar Effect is typically not sealed with a top coat in order to preserve its characteristic textured surface. For contrast, the rest of the manicure can be finished with a glossy top coat, highlighting the difference between smooth and textured areas.
