Wax pencil with a tacky tip for picking up small embellishments.
The wax tip picks up individual rhinestones and pearls without gripping them between tweezer jaws. You can transfer an embellishment from a work tray to its prepared place on the nail and adjust its position afterwards. Only the pencil is included; the decorations and tray illustrate its use.
