EXTREME Dragon Tips are professional dual forms designed for creative modelling of bold shapes with sharp edges, bevelled lines and an extended nail silhouette. They are suitable for experienced nail designers who work with more distinctive shapes, longer extensions and need better control over the amount of product as well as the final nail architecture.

Extreme nails are a highly creative and specialised discipline within nail modelling. They push the boundaries of standard manicure and use specific tools for non-natural lengths that may exceed 10 cm. This category also includes avant-garde shapes such as edge, stiletto, almond, pipe and other creative forms. At these lengths, the modelling is usually no longer intended for everyday wear and belongs more to Extreme Art, competition work, poster nominations or CreaNails.

The EXTREME Dragon Tips shape is based on bold and specific nail forms which, when applied correctly, can also be wearable for clients who love length, sharp lines and an unconventional look. The maximum length of the largest size is 6.5 cm and the smallest size measures 5.5 cm. The length can be further adjusted as needed.

The strength of the finished modelling depends not only on the shape itself, but also on choosing the correct builder material. For this type of dual form, it is necessary to use firmer UV/LED builder gels with strength higher than 7, so the finished structure remains stable and correctly built.

Compatibility

The dual forms are compatible with UV/LED builder gels suitable for stronger modelling. They can be used for different techniques – from complete modelling with one gel to combining a camouflage gel on the nail bed with clear gel on the rest of the nail. For proper strength, it is important to work with a material that matches the length and shape of the extension.

Application tips

• when choosing the size, make sure the form fits precisely without gaps
• the form must sit firmly, without pressure and without tilting to the side
• do not apply excessive pressure to the tip, so the natural side line remains preserved
• work with a sufficient but controlled amount of builder material
• for longer lengths, pay attention to correct apex placement and the strength of the free edge
• consider the suitability of the shape and length according to the client’s everyday nail load

How to use

• Prepare the natural nail in the standard way – disinfect, perform manicure and prepare the nail plate.
• Choose the correct form size. The form must fit precisely, without pressure, gaps or tilting.
• Apply a suitable base according to the natural nail type.
• Fill the form with builder gel according to the chosen technique.

• Place the form onto the nail and cure in a UV/LED lamp according to the material used.
• After curing, carefully remove the form.
