For each rotary tool it is necessary not to exceed the maximum speed specified by the manufacturer.
The maximum speed can always be found on the product label. Exceeding the maximum speed will damage the clamping mechanism!
Too much pressure on the cutter overloads the micromotor in your grinder, the clamping device in the hand piece, but also the cutters. Therefore, insert the cutters sensitively into the chuck and work carefully without too much pressure. The cutters thus become less clogged and the grinding ability is not reduced. After grinding it is necessary to clean the milling cutter from dirt mechanically (with a special cleaning brush - you can also find in the offer) and sterilise and disinfect with products intended for metal tools.
The sterilization temperature during hot air sterilization must not exceed 180°C.
Exceeding this temperature leads to hardness build-up and thus reduced tool life.
