Barbora Birosikova – Nail Designer & DENATO Educator

Hello, my name is Barbora Birosikova, also known as Barbarova. I come from Slovakia (Bratislava) and have been living in Italy for approximately 8 years.

I have been dedicated to nail modeling since the age of 15, and for more than 6 years I have also been actively working as an educator.

My journey into nail design

At the age of 19, I fulfilled one of my dreams – I worked as a nail designer on cruise ships. This was in 2009, and since then I have never stopped being passionate about this industry. It continues to evolve every year, which motivates me to keep improving.

Training and my own technique

In my courses, I focus mainly on manicure and modern techniques that lead to professional, natural and long-lasting results.

For me, correct structure is essential. During my training, I place strong emphasis on helping my students understand proper technique and construction, so they can create strong, balanced and aesthetically clean nails.

Over the years, I have developed my own technique, which allows me to create precise structures for every nail bed type and perform effective corrections even during refills.

Why I work with the DENATO system

I have been working with the DENATO Nails system for over 8 years, and it meets my expectations in every aspect – easy application and filing, excellent durability of builder gels and top coats, high pigmentation of colors, and overall professional quality of the entire range.

This is why I also use DENATO exclusively in my professional nail modeling and nail art courses.

Materials and working style

In the past, I mainly worked with acrylic, but today my preferred materials are gel and acrygel.

I especially like Touch Gel DENATO and Camouflage Cover Natur, which allow me to effectively correct different nail types even during refills.

I also frequently work with Rubber Base, which helps me create natural yet highly durable structures.

Nail art is not essential for me, but thanks to my artistic background, it remains one of my passions. In my free time, I create designs and concepts for my courses.
