RUBBER Top Glanz is a top coat with a tacky (inhibition) layer that applies perfectly and keeps nails beautifully shiny until the next refill.
IMPORTANT
- Do NOT apply in a thin layer!
- For a perfect look, a thicker layer must be applied.
