Silver Holographic Shards – mix of fine silver holographic shards

Silver Holographic Shards are thin, flexible holographic slices with a silver holographic base and a mixture of smaller irregular particles. When light reaches their surfaces, they reveal intense multicolour reflections across the rainbow spectrum. The result looks sparkling, detailed and dynamic in the light and changes naturally with the angle of light and movement of the hand.

The mixture of finer shards in different shapes creates a denser pattern of light and allows precise placement of small holographic accents. Their thin and flexible structure follows the curve of the nail, settles easily into gel or a tacky layer and allows each piece to be positioned accurately.

For application

Place the slices into a thin layer of uncured gel or a fresh tacky layer using tweezers, a Nail Art brush or a silicone tool. They are suitable for full-cover decoration, irregular mosaics, light transitions and a bold accent on selected areas of the nail. Adjusting the amount and spacing of the pieces makes it easy to control the intensity and openness of the design.

A transparent or light base highlights the airy appearance and colour shifts of the material, while a dark or contrasting base defines the outline of each particle and gives the decoration greater visual depth.

Professional tip

Gently press each fragment onto the surface before curing, especially near the sides of the nail. With larger pieces, check that they follow the nail curve and that no edge protrudes. For a layered effect, embed some slices in a lower transparent layer and place additional pieces closer to the surface.

Finishing recommendation

For a smooth and durable protected surface, we recommend finishing the decoration with DENATO top gels. The top gel helps seal the edges of the slices, even out the surface and enhance the holographic reflections. Depending on the size and placement of the fragments, two thin layers may be needed for a completely smooth finish.
