HOLOGRAPHIC 9 – anthracite holographic glitter with intense rainbow reflections

HOLOGRAPHIC 9 is holographic glitter with a particle size of 0.2 mm and a deep anthracite to almost black base. When exposed to light, silvery, green, blue, violet, red and other multicoloured holographic reflections emerge between the dark particles. The contrast between the dark base and the rainbow reflections adds pronounced visual depth and dynamism to the design.

The 0.2 mm particle size creates clearly visible points of sparkle and an intense holographic play of light. In less intense lighting, the deep anthracite to almost black character of the glitter is more prominent, while direct light brings out the silvery, green, blue, violet, red and other rainbow reflections more strongly. The finished look therefore changes naturally depending on the angle and intensity of the incoming light.

For application

HOLOGRAPHIC 9 can be applied into the fresh dispersion layer of the gel for a striking full-cover effect or used only on selected areas of the nail. The 0.2 mm particle size creates a clearly visible holographic sparkle while allowing its intensity to be controlled by the amount of material applied. The glitter is also suitable for the fingers effect or for incorporating into gel.

For the sugar effect, we recommend working in two thin layers. Gently sprinkle the first thin layer of glitter into the colour gel and cure. Then create a second thin layer by applying the glitter into a thin layer of top coat. This creates a full and even glitter effect without unnecessarily overloading the surface.

Professional tip

For an intense and even holographic effect, apply the glitter into the fresh dispersion layer of the gel and gently work it into the surface. Add the material gradually – this makes it easy to adjust the density of the design while maintaining control over the balance between the deep anthracite base and the striking silvery, green, blue, violet, red and other multicoloured holographic reflections.

Finishing recommendation

For a classic holographic design, we recommend finishing the Nail Art with a DENATO top coat. It helps encapsulate the glitter particles, even out the surface and enhance the holographic reflections. For the sugar effect, follow the two-layer technique described above.
