ACESO STEP 2

ACESO STEP 2 forms a protective dermal film on the skin containing natural active ingredients that penetrate the soft tissue throughout the day. It has natural antifungal and antibacterial properties, supporting regeneration and protection.

The product is applied to the soft tissue around the nail plate and between the fingers and toes – for example, in cases such as athlete’s foot (tinea pedis).

Complete ACESO application procedure

For effective results, STEP 1 and STEP 2 must be used together. STEP 2 alone is not sufficient – while it creates a protective film, the key action inside the nail bed comes from STEP 1.

1. Soak the nail: soak for 3–5 minutes in water (shower, bath) and dry.
2. Apply STEP 1: place 1–2 drops on the nail plate, or under a lifted nail, and let it absorb into the nail bed.
3. Apply STEP 2: apply a thin layer on the surrounding soft tissue (skin around the nail, skin between toes) and allow to dry briefly.
4. Repeat: perform the treatment twice daily until visible improvement.
5. Nail care: as the nail grows, regularly file or trim the damaged edge.
6. Recommendation: treatment may take weeks to months (e.g. hyperkeratosis). Regular check-ups with a professional manicurist/pedicurist are advised.

Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis)

Athlete’s foot is a contagious fungal infection that primarily affects the skin on the feet but can spread to nails or other body parts. It thrives in warm, moist environments such as showers, locker rooms, and swimming pools. Higher-risk groups include men, people over 60, diabetics, those with obesity or weakened immunity, and athletes who spend long periods in closed footwear.

Using STEP 2 alone

In some cases, STEP 2 can be used on its own to treat soft tissue (e.g. skin fungal infections):

• Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly.
• Apply ACESO STEP 2 twice daily to the affected area until the issue is resolved.
• After each use, wipe the bottle neck to prevent drying – STEP 2 has a slightly sticky texture until it dries quickly.
