Too much pressure on the cutter overloads the micromotor in your grinder, the clamping device in the hand piece, but also the cutters. Therefore, insert the cutters sensitively into the chuck and work carefully without too much pressure. The cutters thus become less clogged and the grinding ability is not reduced. After grinding it is necessary to clean the milling machine from dirt mechanically with a dust brush (with a special metal cleaning brush if necessary - you can also find it in the offer) and sterilise and disinfect with products intended for metal tools.
The sterilization temperature during hot air sterilization must not exceed 180°C.
Exceeding this temperature leads to a loss of hardness and thus a reduction in tool life.
