IBX System – professional treatment for weakened and damaged natural nails

The IBX System category is designed for professional salon work with the natural nail plate, where a stable, repeatable protocol and predictable material performance over time are required. IBX functions as a two-step system (IBX + IBX Repair) used in practice to support weakened nail plates, localized surface irregularities and long-term stress.

For use

The IBX System is used as a professional treatment for weakened and damaged natural nails within a manicure service – especially where nail plate stabilization and a long-term maintainable care routine are required. In practice, it is essential to follow a clearly defined protocol (preparation, application, heat activation, polymerization).

IBX can be integrated as a regular step in the salon routine, with frequency adjusted according to nail condition and client needs.

Part of the system

The IBX System is built on two steps – IBX and IBX Repair. For consistent performance, the complete protocol should be followed without modifying key activation or curing parameters.

Application instructions

Follow the exact sequence of steps – the first application and subsequent applications differ in protocol.

First application

1. Apply a thin layer of IBX Repair (1–2 mm from the edges, never onto the cuticle).
2. Heat activate using a hair dryer (40 cm, 1 minute) or desk lamp (75–100W, 20 cm, 1 minute).
3. Blot dry with a lint-free wipe.
4. Cure in UV lamp (2 min) or LED/CCFL lamp (1 min).
5. Remove the inhibition layer with Cleanser.
6. Apply a thin layer of IBX.
7. Heat activate with hair dryer (40 cm, 4 min) or lamp (20 cm, 2 min).
8. Blot dry.
9. Cure UV (2 min) or LED/CCFL (1 min).
10. Remove inhibition layer.
11. During the first visit, apply a second layer of IBX following the same steps.

Subsequent applications

1. Apply IBX Repair (1–2 mm from edges, never onto cuticle).
2. Heat activate with dryer (40 cm, 1 min) or lamp (20 cm, 1 min).
3. Blot dry.
4. Cure UV (2 min) or LED/CCFL (1 min).
5. Remove inhibition layer.
6. Apply a thin layer of IBX.
7. Heat activate with dryer (40 cm, 2 min) or lamp (20 cm, 1 min).
8. Blot dry.
9. Cure UV (2 min) or LED/CCFL (1 min).
10. Remove inhibition layer.
11. The nail is now ready for polish, gel polish or further enhancement.
