Primer base for perfect chrome effect. Thanks to the very pleasant consistency of the Chrome effect base, you will achieve a beautiful smooth finish and perfect chrome effects.
Use:
- apply Chrome effect base and leave to cure in the lamp (UV lamp 90-120 sec, LED lamp 90 sec)
- with a soft sponge rub a small amount of pigment from the new GLAMOUR DE Lux series GLAMOUR or CHAMELEON Chrome pigment
- apply top coat
