Loyalty Program for Registered Customers
Registration is required to receive email information about all benefits: the loyalty program, additional discounts for newsletter subscribers, and the VIP program. Without registration, these emails cannot be sent.

For every purchase in the DENATO online shop, you receive a discount voucher for your next order.
How Do I Receive the Voucher?
- Vouchers are generated after payment is received and the order is marked as “completed”.
- For cash on delivery, payment confirmation may be delayed.
- To receive vouchers, you must be registered for the newsletter.
Voucher Value
(The percentage depends on the order value.)
- €50 – €99.99 → 2% voucher
- €100 – €199.99 → 4% voucher
- €200 – €299.99 → 6% voucher
- €300 – €399.99 → 8% voucher
- €400 and more → 10% voucher
How to Redeem the Voucher
- The voucher will be sent to your registered email address once the order is marked as “completed” (after payment is received).
- To redeem it, you must be logged into your account.
- The voucher is valid for 1 month and cannot be applied to shipping costs.
- Enter the code in the shopping cart in the “Enter discount voucher” field.
Important Information
- The voucher cannot be sent retrospectively or added by phone.
- If an order is cancelled, the voucher becomes invalid.
- There is no legal entitlement to receive a voucher.
Additional Discounts for Newsletter Subscribers
Registered subscribers regularly receive additional discount vouchers beyond ongoing promotions in the DENATO online shop.
For your first newsletter registration, you will receive a one-time 10% discount on your next purchase.
When introducing new products, we offer launch discounts that are exclusively available to registered subscribers.
VIP Program
Who Can Become a VIP?
The VIP program is intended for registered customers whose total turnover in the DENATO online shop exceeds €5,000 (excluding NOVAFLAIR extraction systems).
How Will I Know I Am a VIP?
Once you meet the conditions, we will inform you by email about your inclusion in the VIP program.
Benefits for VIP Customers
- Permanently fixed VIP prices across the entire assortment.
- No short-term discount promotions – your VIP prices apply continuously.
- No additional vouchers are generated for VIP customers.
Important Information (VIP)
- There is no legal entitlement to be included in the VIP program.
- If you no longer wish to be a VIP customer, you may request withdrawal by email at info@denato.cz .
- After withdrawal, re-entry into the VIP program is not possible.
