Loyalty Program for Registered Customers
Registration is required to receive email information about all benefits: the Loyalty Program, additional discounts for newsletter subscribers, and the VIP Program. Without registration, we cannot send emails related to these offers.

We Reward Your Purchases
For every purchase on the DENATO e-shop, you receive a discount coupon for your next order.
How to Receive the Discount Coupon
- Coupons are generated after the payment is received and the order is marked as “completed”.
- For cash on delivery, it may take longer for the payment to be processed.
- To receive coupons, you must be registered for the newsletter.
Value of Discount Coupons
(The value depends on your order amount.)
- 1,000 – 1,999 CZK → coupon 50 CZK
- 2,000 – 3,499 CZK → coupon 100 CZK
- 3,500 – 4,999 CZK → coupon 175 CZK
- 5,000 – 7,999 CZK → coupon 250 CZK
- 8,000 CZK and above → coupon 400 CZK
How to Use the Coupon
- The coupon will be sent to your registered email address after your order has been shipped and marked as “completed” (after payment is received).
- To use the coupon, you must be logged into your customer account.
- The coupon is valid for 1 month and cannot be applied to shipping costs.
- Redeem it in the shopping cart by entering it in the “Enter discount coupon” field.
Important Information
- The coupon cannot be resent retroactively or added by request.
- If the order is cancelled, the coupon will also be voided.
- No legal claim arises from receiving a coupon.
Additional Discounts for Newsletter Subscribers
Registered newsletter subscribers regularly receive extra discount coupons beyond ongoing e-shop promotions.
When new products are launched, subscribers get access to introductory discounts available exclusively to newsletter subscribers.
VIP Program
Who Can Become a VIP
The VIP Program is designed for registered customers whose total purchases on the DENATO e-shop exceed 100,000 CZK (excluding NOVAFLAIR dust extractors).
How You’ll Know You’re a VIP
Once you meet the requirements, you’ll receive an email confirming your inclusion in the VIP Program.
Benefits of the VIP Program
- Permanently set VIP prices across the entire range.
- No short-term discounts – your VIP prices remain active at all times.
- VIP customers no longer receive additional discount coupons.
Important Information (VIP)
- There is no legal entitlement to join the VIP Program.
- If you wish to opt out of the VIP Program, you can request removal via email at info@denato.cz.
- After opting out, it is not possible to rejoin the VIP Program.
